How we are working in "COVID Normal"
We know that things have been hard for many people during this pandemic. The impact has been massive globally, and is likely to continue to have an impact in our community for some time. To that end, do not hesitate to let us know if you are currently receiving Government support payments and we will provide you with our 10% discount without question.
What we are also doing:
We will try to provide as much support remotely as possible
If it is necessary to provide support in person, COVID Safe protocols will be maintained at all times. This includes staying a minimum of 1.5 metres apart, good hand hygiene, a fresh disposable mask will always be used, and any equipment will be sanitised before and after being touched by us.
Anyone from our team who goes to your house will be fully COVID vaccinated, and will show our digital certificate on request.
During on-site visits, you don't have to but it would be appreciated if you also wear a mask. If you do not have one, we can provide you with one.
We will send invoices for work performed via mobile or email, and payment may be made through direct deposit/Osko. We also accept contactless payment via Square eftpos.
